Question by Prometheus, l Ain’t; Possum, l ls: Should donations be withheld from Haiti until the situation with the arrested missionaries is sorted out?
I won’t donate any more to Haiti until I feel that the 10 missionaries accused of kidnapping are released. I’m not suggesting that they didn’t commit a crime, and irrespective they need to be punished, but I can’t trust Haiti to select a punishment that fits the crime.
Does anyone else feel this way?

They chose to go to another country and break that country’s laws. They’ve admitted they knew what they were doing was illegal, and therefore admit guilt. So, please explain why they should be freed again?
